Delivery Times
Please note we do not despatch on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. On receipt of your payment we aim to despatch your order within 2 business days. Delivery of your order will then be dependant on your chosen shipping method selected at order placement.

Typically your order should be with you within 7 business days from payment being cleared.

Shipping and Handling
We ship to most countries worldwide. If you have a requirement to ship elsewhere in the world please use our contact form to discuss possible options.

All goods will only be shipped once payment has been received. Shipping is calculated on both the volume and weight of the products being delivered. This cost is visible in your shopping cart and will be updated as products are added or updated. If you are not logged in your shopping cart will default to the UK.

Damaged in Transit
Upon receipt of your delivery please check to make sure that the packaging has no visible signs of damage. If you feel that it has been damaged in transit please contact us using our contact form stating the nature of the problem. In order for us to carry our investigations with our shipping partners please contact us within 48 hours of receiving delivery. All packaging must be retained for possible inspection.
