Placing your Order
We use a secure payment gateway such as PayPal or NoChex to process your order. The PayPal
gateway also allows for the secure processing of credit and debit cards to provide you
with the most flexibility and security for shopping on the Internet.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time
you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer
you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If
we do not receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error,
the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel the order, or if the order is cancelled
automatically due to the expiry of the 14 day period, we will refund or re-credit you
for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Payment
We accept a number of payment methods selectable at order checkout. No
goods will be shipped until payment has cleared.
If you select an offline payment method, please make sure your
payment reaches us within 14 days, otherwise we cannot guarantee stock
availability.
Returns
You may return unwanted goods within 7 working days for a refund
provided that the product is unopened, unused and in a re-saleable
condition. However, please note we will only cover the return shipping
cost for faulty goods.
You will be responsible for the safe return of all goods. We cannot
be held responsible for lost parcels therefore we strongly advise you
to use a traceable postage method.
All refunds, if applicable, will be made using the same method of
payment as the original order within 30 days. For all returns please

day time telephone number before returning your goods.
